Shipping
NOTE: Shipping charges mentioned at checkout are only applicable to Australian delivery addresses. Overseas delivery can be calculated based on your final order.
Delivery method, timing and charges vary between products so please refer to product pages for the specific information for each product.
Dispatch
Your item/s will be dispatched within 1-2 business days of receiving your order and payment. If the item is custom, you can expect longer delivery time, if this is the case the delivery time will be clearly advised on the product page.
Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent a confirmation email.
Delivery
To ensure the safety of your order for many items a signature will be required upon delivery, so please ensure someone will be home to receive the delivery. Most items can be shipped to a business address if this is preferred.
Smaller items will be shipped using Australian Post, for these items your delivery should arrive between 2-5 days from the date of dispatch depending on your location. For Australia post sent items if you are not home when the item is delivered the postman will leave a card to notify you of attempted delivery and advise the location of a nearby AusPost Office where your parcel can be collected.
Christmas Trees and other large/bulky items will be shipped using a courier, delivery for these items should take 1-5 days from date of dispatch depending on delivery location. For courier delivered items if you are not home when the item is delivered a card will be left in the letterbox and the delivery will be taken back to the depot. The card will contain the instructions for you to request and organise a second delivery attempt.
Although we take all reasonable efforts to ensure your order is delivered within the specified time, there can sometimes be delays due to circumstances outside of our control, we will make every effort to inform you of any unexpected delay and resolve any delays with our shipping partners as quickly as possible.

Christmas Trees are charged at $40 flat rate per tree. We reserve the right to limit tree quantities sent to regional and remote locations.
